GRIT, SCIENCE, & FAMILY are hallmarks of BARWIS training, and each piece plays a significant role in pushing clients to achieve their personal goals and more. Mike has a world-renowned ability to influence and propel his clients to their maximum potential, representing an old-timer’s grind with a new-age vision.
Mike starts with the analysis of clients' biomechanics and an in-depth corrective neurological force screen, the BARWIS ARS Screen. Once evaluated, Mike employs a cross-disciplinary team approach involving his medical, recovery, performance, nutritional, and health staff. Through these multi-channel disciplines, Mike prescribes specified corrective programming and performance-oriented protocols to elicit the clients' desired outcomes. This highly integrated and interactive methodology has led numerous teams and athletes to World titles, Olympic gold medals, National championships, and life-changing outcomes for clients that he calls FAMILY.
